TVDJ does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All content you add to the app lives entirely on your own device and never leaves it.
TVDJ ("the App") is a live performance tool for video and audio DJs, developed and published by DeJahn Bell ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles any information related to its use.
TVDJ is a single-user, offline-first creative tool. It requires no account, no login, and no internet connection to function. The App is designed so that your creative content never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it yourself.
TVDJ does not collect any of the following:
The App does not contain any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection tools of any kind.
All data created or imported within TVDJ is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage mechanisms. This includes:
This data is protected by iOS's standard app sandboxing, which means other apps cannot access it. It is backed up by iCloud only if you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iOS device settings, in which case Apple's privacy practices apply to that backup.
To delete all App data, simply delete the TVDJ app from your device. All associated files and preferences are permanently removed when the App is uninstalled.
TVDJ does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or platforms that collect user data. Specifically:
The only third-party entity involved with TVDJ is Apple, through the App Store for distribution and payment processing. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
TVDJ is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, there is no special handling required for users under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual, including children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to address the situation, though given our architecture, no such data should exist on our end.
TVDJ is distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store. When you purchase or download the App, Apple collects and processes transaction information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We receive only aggregated, anonymized sales data from Apple — no personal information about individual users is shared with us.
Apple may collect certain device and usage information as part of their standard App Store operations, iOS system services, and optional features such as iCloud Backup. This is governed entirely by Apple and is outside our control or visibility.
Because TVDJ does not collect any personal data, there is no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, export, or request deletion of. All your App data resides solely on your own device and is entirely under your control.
You may delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the TVDJ app from your iPhone. This action permanently removes all files, settings, and configurations associated with the App from your device.
If you are located in the European Union or California and have questions about your data rights in the context of this App, you are welcome to contact us. Given that we collect no personal data, no action on our part is required to fulfill typical data rights requests, but we are happy to confirm this in writing upon request.
If our privacy practices change in any meaningful way — for example, if a future version of TVDJ introduces optional cloud sync, analytics, or account features — this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released. The updated policy will reflect a new effective date at the top of this page.
