Here's the basic process:

1. Media or webpage is uploaded to IPFS
2. The address of the file is encrypted
3. The file location is revealed only to people who possess Rstory
4. The first ones to share their work in this way will be showcased here on rstory.io, though anyone is welcome to make their own site or app that integrates the token
5. As more people contribute to the content pool, everyone's work is shared with a wider and wider audience
