FOOD4THOTH Sacred Tarot ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") is an application developed and published by FOOD4THOTH.
The App is a divination and personal reflection tool featuring 78 sacred geometry tarot cards, daily draws, spread readings, sacred geometry exploration, sound healing, breathwork, and personal journaling. It is available as a $9.99 one-time purchase on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. Android is planned for a future release and is not yet available.

We want to be completely clear: FOOD4THOTH Sacred Tarot does not collect, transmit, store, or process personal information about you on our servers.
Specifically, we do not collect:

The App may request certain optional system permissions depending on which features you choose to use. These permissions are used only for their stated in-app purpose, and resulting data is not transmitted to us.

No microphone audio is recorded or transmitted. The app’s sound features generate or play sound locally on your device only.

The App stores a limited amount of data locally on your device only using standard device storage. This information is not sent to us and is not shared with third parties.
Depending on the features you use, locally stored data may include:
This data is stored using your device’s normal application storage environment and remains under your control. If you delete the App, locally stored data is deleted from your device unless it is preserved through a platform backup feature you have personally enabled.

FOOD4THOTH Sacred Tarot does not integrate with third-party analytics, ad networks, crash-reporting services, or social SDKs.
The App does not include:
The App is currently distributed through the Apple App Store. Android distribution is planned for the future and is not yet live. Apple may collect transaction, device, or usage data as part of its own operating systems or storefront services. That collection is governed by Apple’s policies, not this App.

If and when an Android version is released, distribution through Google Play may involve Google’s own platform-level collection subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

The App may generate or play binaural beats, ambient tones, meditation audio, or similar sound experiences entirely on your device. No microphone access is required for playback-only functionality, and no audio is recorded, uploaded, or transmitted to us.
If the App uses web-based or embedded audio rendering technologies, those processes remain local to the device and are not designed to create outbound data collection.

FOOD4THOTH Sacred Tarot is intended for a general audience. Because the App does not collect personal information from users, including children, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 or any other age group.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s app usage according to their own family preferences.

Because we do not collect or store your personal information on remote servers, there is no user database maintained by us containing your private in-app content.
Data stored locally on your device benefits from your platform’s built-in protections, which may include:
If you use device backup features such as iCloud Backup or future Android backup services, locally stored app data may be included in your personal backup account, subject to the privacy and security practices of that platform.

Because all app data is stored locally on your device, you retain direct control over it.
We cannot delete data on your behalf because we do not possess it.
