1) The Short Version

• No accounts required. You play immediately without signing up.
• No personal data collected. No name, email, phone number, or location.
• No ads. Neither app displays advertising.
• No tracking. We do not track your behavior across apps or websites.
• Fully offline. Both apps work without an internet connection.

2) What Our Apps Store (On Your Device)

Both Terminal Game Retro Arcade and Pixel Quest save the following data locally on your device using standard mobile storage (AsyncStorage):

• Your high scores and total score history
• Your selected skin or visual theme preference
• Game settings (sound effects, music, haptics, difficulty)

This data is stored entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.

3) Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Location data (GPS or IP-based)
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• Browsing history or cross-app behavior
• Financial or payment information

4) When You Contact Us

If you reach out to us by email for support, bug reports, or feedback, you provide us your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation for follow-up. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your contact with third parties.

5) Website Hosting & Log Data

This marketing website is hosted by a third-party provider. Like all web servers, it may automatically receive standard technical data when your browser loads a page:

• IP address (used to route the request)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Timestamp and page visited

This data is processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes. We do not use it to identify individuals and do not combine it with any other data.

6) Third Parties

We do not sell your information. We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• Hosting providers: Our website host processes server log data on our behalf as described in Section 5.
• Apple App Store: When you download our apps, Apple's standard App Store terms and privacy practices apply. We receive no personal data from Apple about you.
• Legal compliance: If required by law or to protect user safety or our rights, we may disclose information as required.

We do not use advertising networks, behavioral tracking tools, or data brokers.

7) Children's Privacy

Our apps are designed to be appropriate for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no personal data at all, there is no special risk to younger players.

8) Data Retention

Game data (scores, settings, skin preferences) lives on your device and is controlled entirely by you. Delete the app to remove it.

If you contact us by email, we may retain that correspondence for support history. You can request deletion of your message at any time by emailing us.

9) Security

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, the risk to your personal information is minimal. Game data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID, etc.).

Our website uses standard HTTPS encryption for all connections.

10) Your Rights & Choices

• Delete local data: Uninstall the app or clear app storage in your device settings to remove all locally stored scores and preferences.
• Contact data: Email us to request that we delete any correspondence you've sent us.
• Do Not Track: Our apps do not track you, so DNT signals have no additional effect.

11) Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy — for example, if we introduce new features that change how data is handled — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and note the change in the relevant app update release notes.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
