The Neon Serpent Spiral is an iOS game created by DeJahn of Food4Thoth. This privacy policy
applies to the iOS application available on the Apple App Store (App ID: 6760896039) and the
web version available at this website.
The Neon Serpent Spiral does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal
information or usage data of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:
· Your name, email address, or any contact information
· Your device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or similar)
· Your location data
· Your IP address
· Your gameplay behavior, session length, or usage patterns
· Crash reports or diagnostic data

Local Storage
The app saves your game progress (current zone, inventory, karma score, weirdness score,
and settings preferences) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data
never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

Audio & Microphone
All sound in The Neon Serpent Spiral is generated synthetically on your device using the
device's audio output. No microphone access is requested or used. The app does not record,
process, or transmit any audio input.
If the expo-audio module included in the app requests a microphone permission at the system
level, this is a requirement of the module framework and does not reflect actual microphone
usage — the app does not use the microphone under any circumstances.

Third-Party Services
The Neon Serpent Spiral does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms,
advertising networks, social media SDKs, or data brokers.
The app is built using the Expo / React Native framework. Expo's standard runtime does not
collect user data from apps that do not configure data collection services. No such services
are configured in The Neon Serpent Spiral.
